These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "the User", "you", or "your") and manu888b (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting services available at manu888b.cam (hereinafter referred to as "the Site").

Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the Site. Prior to processing any withdrawal, and at any time at manu888b's discretion, we may request the following documentation for identity and compliance verification:

• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence showing your registered address (dated within the last 3 months);

manu888b reserves the right to suspend account access and withhold any pending withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of the KYC process. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in permanent account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify manu888b immediately upon discovering any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. manu888b shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, manu888b grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site.

manu888b endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the Site. However, we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues. Scheduled maintenance, unforeseen technical disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control may temporarily affect access. manu888b shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform unavailability.

manu888b reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any wager at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to cases where: (a) the wager was placed after the outcome was determined; (b) technical errors affected the displayed odds or game outcome; (c) the wager violates these Terms or any applicable law; or (d) suspicious or irregular betting patterns are detected.

manu888b currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods, subject to availability in your jurisdiction:

• FPX (Financial Process Exchange) — supporting Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating Malaysian banks;
• DuitNow instant bank transfer;
• Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost e-wallets;
• Cryptocurrency — Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT — TRC-20), and Litecoin (LTC);
• Such other methods as may be added to the Site from time to time.

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for most local bank and e-wallet methods. Deposits are credited to your Account upon confirmation of receipt by the payment processor. manu888b is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking system outages, or network congestion.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your name. Third-party deposits — i.e., payments made from an account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and may result in funds being held pending investigation.

Withdrawals are processed subject to the following conditions:

1. Your Account must be fully KYC verified at the time of the withdrawal request;
2. All applicable wagering requirements attached to any active bonus must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn;
3. The withdrawal amount must not exceed the applicable single-transaction or daily limits for your chosen payment method;
4. Your Account must be in good standing — no outstanding disputes, no flagged suspicious activity, and no pending compliance reviews;
5. Withdrawal proceeds will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically feasible.

E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. FPX bank transfers may take 1 to 3 business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to on-chain confirmation times. manu888b does not impose processing fees on standard withdrawals, though third-party transaction fees may apply.

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and promotional rewards offered by manu888b are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

Unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms, a standard wagering requirement applies to all bonuses before bonus funds or winnings derived therefrom may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion details. Contribution percentages vary by game type — slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino titles may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.

Bonus credits that are not used within the validity period specified in the applicable promotion terms will expire and be removed from your Account without compensation. It is your responsibility to check the expiry date of any bonus credited to your Account.

manu888b reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings in circumstances where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a User has engaged in bonus abuse. Examples of bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinated wagering patterns designed to minimise risk, staking patterns that do not reflect genuine gaming activity, and use of third-party software to gain an unfair advantage.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the manu888b platform. Violation of any of the following will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one Account, either personally or through any third party;
• Using the Site while located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or where manu888b does not hold the relevant licence to offer services;
• Using the Site for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity;
• Providing false or misleading information at any stage of registration, KYC, or bonus claim processes;

Any unauthorised use of the Platform's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, manu888b and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Site, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

manu888b's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited in your Account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

manu888b is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing a safe gaming environment for all users. We offer the following tools and measures to support responsible play:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account dashboard. Once set, a limit may only be reduced immediately; any request to increase a limit is subject to a 7-day cooling-off period;

manu888b reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The User has provided false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information;
• The Account has been used for prohibited conduct as described in Section 8;
• The User has failed to complete the KYC process within the required timeframe;
• Maintaining the Account would expose manu888b to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk;
• The User is or becomes ineligible to hold an Account under Section 3.

Upon termination for breach of these Terms, manu888b may withhold any balance, including both deposits and winnings, pending the outcome of any investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, the withheld funds may be forfeited.

You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to our support team. Upon verification of your identity, your Account will be closed and any remaining balance (net of outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method within 7 business days.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which manu888b holds its primary gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and manu888b, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. Our team aims to resolve all complaints within 14 business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, either party may refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by our licensing jurisdiction. The decision of any such body shall be final and binding on both parties.

manu888b reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where any amendment constitutes a material change to your rights or obligations, we will provide reasonable prior notice via email or a prominent notice on the Site.

Your continued use of the Site following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Site and may close your Account in accordance with Section 12.2 above.
